Dear Non-Profit Manager;

Safe Knight Services is an exciting  new concept in personal records  management.  We provide timely information when it is needed for individuals and families.  This is a service that sells itself and is reasonably priced.   As a non profit organization your members can take advantage of this outstanding program and at the same time have a portion of the proceeds returned to your organization.

Here is how it works. There is a special one time Membership fee of $29.95 for singles and $59.95 for families (up to 5).  Additional members can be added for $9.99 each. When members of your community sign up for the service,  your organization gets a portion of each sign up. The 1999 award is $10.00 for each family and $6.00 for each single.  Annual renew for family programs is only $10.00 and only $6.00 for individual programs.  So if 20 families and five individuals sign up your organization receives a $230.00 award.

How do they sign up?  They fill out a short sign-up card and write a check to Safe Knight Services.  They get a member kit which they complete and send to Safe Knight.  You log the card and forward the check or money order to Safe Knight Services.  Within 10 days Safe Knight returns your award. You never handle confidential information.  The new Safe Knight Member receives confirmation and an access code.  There is an information line to deal with questions that your members might have.

Depending on the size of your organization Safe Knight can provide a reasonable fundraising program which can be used year round and at the same time Safe Knight Services provides a security blanket for your members anywhere in the world they go.  Unlike candy promotions and magazine sales the return is substantial and there is no inventory to deal with. There is no relying on family members, co-workers and neighbors to buy things they might not need.

Finally, you have nothing to lose.  No up front investment.  No checks to deposit and no records to keep other than a copy of the sign-up log. All you need to do is have Safe Knight Services send you a sign up kit for ten memberships to start. Once the ten sign ups are completed, your organization can request up to 10 additional kits for ten members each (100 memberships).  Each set contains 1 NCR sign-up log, 10 numbered  membership sign up cards, ten pre-addressed membership mail-ins and 100 brochures.
